The guys were awesome. I didn't meet them in person but they handled the job just like I was there. I called several other companies but they were not able to get to me for several days. I called these guys and they said we will be there tomorrow. Well the next day they were here, the problem was diagnosed and fixed the same day. This company did a flush on my tankless water heater. First of all they texted when enroite to the house then called. The technician arrived . Introduced himself and went to work . Seemed knowledgeable Have used them several times being they will set a appointment and arrive when they say.

Were nor done with the work yet. But so far the guys out here are very polite and know what there doing. Il get back with ya on the rest of the review. So got the job done. Very professionally service. Storm & Ryan did a great job. I went though 2 other plummers before I got the rite one. Will diffenetly use them again I fneeded. So if you need a Plummer call Mr. Rooter best in the area.

Thank you for the wonderful service! We are handy people who love to fix our home issues ourselves, but we know when something is out of our bounds. Copper piping and a clawfoot bathtub faucet with a very tight space between the wall and the tub were out of our bounds. As much of a pain we know it was to install our new faucet so that we could have a shower, we appreciate every bit of effort Mr. Jr Brown used to get the job done. He was very professional, courteous, and worked diligently on this difficult task.

Had a bit of an emergency, called Mr Rooter and talked to Jade. She set me up a timeframe to get someone to me asap. Austin and Cam showed up even earlier! Took care of the immediate clog issue and was able to send me an estimate on the larger problem within the hour. I very much appreciated the quick response and a quick temporary fix until we can take care of the larger issue!

Called first thing in the morning and got immediate help. Storm took on a complicated situation and averted having to cut out a wall. This was fixed after another company left my shower broken. Professional, experts, and quick! I thought the Price was totally fair too. Wouldn’t hesitate to call again.

James was amazing, polite and completely professional! He was very knowledgeable and was able to breakdown what needed to happen in terms that I could understand. He saved my life with the new hot water heater with an estimate and same day install! Thank you James!

tl;dr - Great service, worth the price and piece of mind. I attempted to begin installing a shower valve into my home, and I quickly became in over my head when I had to go underneath the house. I called Mr Rooter and they gave me several time slots that day to choose from. Dale with Mr Rooter came out, and had no problems working from where I left off, finishing the job in less than 2 hours. He even let me watch to see how it was done, answering any questions I had. I knew the price for calling in a professional to get the job done would be high, but the job is done, and its done well enough for me to have some piece of mind.

I called yesterday and they were able to send out a tech today! The communication is always top notch and both receptionest and techs are always kind. I have used this company about 4 times and always have a great experience. Today, David was kind and gave me detailed information about what was going on with the water heater. I appreciate his time and sharing his knowledge.

Everyone I spoke with at Mr Rooter was courteous and professional. I was able to get help the same day I called and the Technicians arrived on time. The required work was explained and an estimate was presented. That was the only thing I wasn't prepared for. I didn't expect it to be as much as it was. Ultimately I agreed since the drain had to be cleared and I wasn't getting any responses from other sources. I will say the work was done quickly and completely and I would recommend Mr Rooter to anyone in the future. They do good work, so you do get what you pay for.

I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM AGAIN AND I WILL RECOMMEND THEM TO EVERYONE. I have been looking for plumbing service for weeks. Many plumbing services have VERY LOW CHARACTER. I CAME ACROSS A FEW. I called over 5 plumbing businesses. Many did not have the business decency to return my call. The problem we needed was simple. Mr ROOTER called me back within minutes. After 4 weeks of not having hot water, MR PLUMBER DID THE INSTALLATION AND SERVICE within days AFTER CALLING. They even gave me EXCELLENT referrals for another job. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM AGAIN AND I WILL RECOMMEND THEM TO EVERYONE.

No hot water from my 16-yr old tankless water heater. Called and a service tech was out before noon. Looked at the control panel inside the house. Then the unit outside which would turn on and blow, but smelled gas and no flame. Austin explained that the part would be $700-$800 and would take a week to get the part or a new unit $3200 with installation and he would be back Monday morning. I chose the latter. Austin showed up at 10:00 and I had hot water again at 11:15.

Cam was very good to work with and was very friendly and able to answer all my questions. He finished the work in a timely manner and explained the new tankless water heaters functions. Would definitely recommend your company to family and friends.

Update! Having been very satisfied with their work on my toilets (detailed below in my original review), I contacted these folks again for some new bathtub fixtures. I got new fixtures (yay) and then I got an estimate for a new hot water heater because mine was from 1986. Their prices are extremely sensible and their work is good. The dudes who have come out have been very nice and efficient. I have zero complaints and definitely recommend. My toilet exploded. It was some sitcom toilet stuff but in real life. They came out quickly and replaced my very old, exploded toilet with a new toilet. They also replaced a less old toilet with a new toilet. I’ll be calling them for all of my future plumbing needs.

Cam did an excellent job diagnosing and fixing a rusted and leaking drain pipe in our kitchen. I would have given a 5 star review, however he quoted us two prices, one for the drain under the sink and one to replace the entire (cast iron) plumbing to the ground level which we accepted The latter would have required removing cabinets and paneling, and this was not done. He disconnected the kitchen sink from the original pipe and hooked it up to a second descending pipe servicing the bathrooms. The total price including materials and labor was about $2155 which seemed expensive to me for about 10 hours of work by one man.

We had them install a new well pump set up. They came when they were scheduled, explained everything, cleaned up the area, and fixed a leak in the irrigation system. The young man that worked was very personable, polite, and a hard worker. I had a lot of questions that he answered. I would definitely call them again.

In todays world it is completely hard to find a service provider who is dependable and honest. When meeting Mr Rooter plumbing via Ryan and Alex along with Mike, I tell you this service goes up and above board and they render professional and quality service with their actions and attitude to equally match. When you call for service you recieve prompt, professional and productive service.

Ryan was so AWESOME. We had a clogged drain in our kitchen and had tried everything we could. He snaked our pipes and got everything cleaned out. He also advised us to get a new studor vent for the kitchen pipes. He was so friendly and helpful with everything. We were very happy with his work. We will call him again.

Responded quickly to a weekend emergency. Very polite, explained blockage and options for immediate solution and pricing thoroughly. Scheduled followup to replace main line, which was done the following week. Would definitely use again!

Cool, smooth and quick thats how my service went. Had a problematic leak and Mr. Chris came assesed the situation and gave clear cut options and quoted the exact price on both. He walked me through everything that needed to be done and handled everything with the highest form of professionalism. He even talked me through putting my invoice with the local utilities company. This man went above and beyond the call and I am very much appreciative of his efforts. Give this man a well deserved raise! If you are ever in need of plumbing I highly recommend asking for Mr. Chris!

Service was as advertised. The plumber Chris was very knowledgeable and friendly AND on time! No complaints except for the cost! Better have a fat wallet if you're going to deal with this company...

10/30/24 - This is my second time using Mr. Rooter / Conger Plumbing and I have to say it has been one of the best experiences since moving to North Carolina. They were professional, timely and quoted a fair price. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs a plumber. I will also leave you with this - I have learned in life you get what you pay for as far as workmanship. If you want it done correctly the first time these are your people . . They were execellent!!!!

Contacted Mr. Rooter due to a clogged kitchen drain. As promised, they arrived within the scheduled time and were able to inspect/ pin point the issue almost immediately. Chris (technician) was very knowledgeable and continuously kept me informed of every action making the entire process/atmosphere comfortable. Very professional, demonstrated great expertise in his profession and is very passionate on customer service. Rectified our drain issue very quickly! Overall, our experience with Chris and his staff was excellent and would definitely recommend their services to whoever is seeking a welcoming experience and immediate service.
